Come Find Me at Techno Security West

I’ll be at the Techno Security & Digital Forensics Conference in San Diego, October 20 to 22. Most of us just call it Techno.

It’s a short trip down the coast from Solvang, and one I look forward to every year. For close to three decades, Techno has stayed one of the few places where the digital forensics and computer security communities meet in person to do the work that doesn’t survive a webinar: comparing tool notes, arguing about evidence handling over coffee, and putting faces to the names behind years of mailing-list threads.

If you’re going, look me up. I’m always glad to reconnect with old friends, and just as glad to meet new ones. If you’re not sure where to find me, send a note through the contact page ahead of time, and we’ll make sure our paths cross.

See you in San Diego.
